Calhoun Activated to Yankees Lineup
The New York Yankees have announced the selection of outfielder Willie Calhoun's contract from the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders. Calhoun has also been activated to the Yankees' active roster.
Calhoun, 27, was acquired by the Yankees in a trade with the Texas Rangers in April 2023. He has appeared in 10 games for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre this season, batting .286 (9-for-31) with two home runs and seven runs batted in.
