Caleb Cunningham Commits to Alabama

Top-Rated Mississippi Prospect Chooses Crimson Tide

Cunningham, a five-star wide receiver and the No. 3-ranked recruit in the 2025 class, announced his commitment to Alabama on Saturday afternoon.

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Cunningham is the highest-rated prospect Alabama has landed in the 2025 class and the second-highest rated overall. He is also the only five-star recruit from Mississippi in the 2025 class.

Cunningham had offers from several other top schools, including Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and LSU. However, he ultimately decided to commit to Alabama because of the school's winning tradition and the opportunity to play for coach Nick Saban.

"Alabama is a great school with a great football program," Cunningham said. "Coach Saban is a great coach, and I think he can help me develop into the best player I can be."

Cunningham's commitment is a big boost for Alabama's recruiting class, which is currently ranked No. 1 in the country by 247Sports. The Crimson Tide have now landed commitments from three of the top 10 recruits in the 2025 class.

Cunningham is expected to make an immediate impact for Alabama when he arrives on campus in 2025. He is a talented receiver with great speed and athleticism. He is also a willing blocker and has a good understanding of the game.
